Intended Audience:          Teachers and Administrators K-12

Overview:  
                          
Building a strong sense of community in schools is both important and doable. Research shows that students who feel emotionally and physically safe, feel valued and appreciated, and have a strong sense of community are more likely to be academically motivated and are likely to avoid a number of problem behaviors. This workshop provides team and character-building activities, focusing on collaboration and self-esteem. The addition of conflict resolution is available upon request.
